Eggnog

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Brandy 1 1⁄3 Fluid Ounce (1/3 Gill)
  Rum 1 Dash
  Egg 1
  Nutmeg 1 Dash, grated
  Milk 4 Fluid Ounce (1 Gill)
  Ice 1 Cup (16 tbs), broken (1/2 Shakerful)
Directions

MAKING
1. Into a shaker, half fill with broken ice.
2. Add sugar, egg, Rum, Brandy and Milk; shake well.

SERVING
3. Into a tumbler, strain drink mixture.
4. Sprinkle top with a dash of Nutmeg.

TIPS
Use Gin, Rum or Whisky in place of Brandy for varied tastes of Eggnog.
