Coconut Holiday Eggnog
|Cream of coconut||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Coco Casatm)|
|Heavy cream||1 Pint (2 Cups)|
|Dark rum||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground nutmeg/Coconut flakes||1 Pinch (As Needed)|
1. In a large bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy.
2. Add coconut cream and beat well.
3. Stir in vanilla and rum.
4. Refrigerate dish for several hours until well chill.
5. In punch cups, spoon Coconut Holiday Eggnog and dust with powdered nutmeg on top.
