Coconut Holiday Eggnog

Ingredients
  Eggs 6
  Cream of coconut 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Coco Casatm)
  Milk 1 Quart
  Heavy cream 1 Pint (2 Cups)
  Vanilla 1 Tablespoon
  Dark rum 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground nutmeg/Coconut flakes 1 Pinch (As Needed)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy.
2. Add coconut cream and beat well.
3. Stir in vanilla and rum.

FINALISING
4. Refrigerate dish for several hours until well chill.

SERVING
5. In punch cups, spoon Coconut Holiday Eggnog and dust with powdered nutmeg on top.
