Eggnog Fizz Martini

  Egg white 1
  Spiced rum 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Fat free half and half 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Dash
  Diet ginger ale 3 Tablespoon
  Ice 5 (As Required)
  Fresh grated nutmeg 1 Pinch (For Garnish)

In a cocktail shaker combine egg white, spiced rum, fat-free half & half and a dash of ground cinnamon. Shake well. Add ice to cocktail shaker, and shake well again (approximately 30 seconds). Pour into martini glass or over ice in a small tumbler. Top with 3 tablespoons diet ginger ale and fresh grated nutmeg. Serve immediately.
