1. In a bowl beat egg yolks until light and mix in milk and extracts.
2. In another bowl beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
3. Fold egg whites and softened ice cream into milk mixture.
4. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve in cocktail glasses.
