|Brewed coffee||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooled|
|Skim milk powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Artificial sweetener||2 Tablespoon|
|Powdered nutmeg||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
1) In a blender, put together coffee, milk powder, egg, sweetener and nutmeg.
2) Blend the mixture until it is incorporated.
3) Refrigerate until chilled.
4) Serve with whipped cream in a cup.
