Mocha Eggnog

Ingredients
  Low calorie milk chocolate flavored hot cocoa mix 70 Gram (2 Packets, 1 Serving Each)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg 1 , separated
  Instant coffee powder 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a 1-quart saucepan, whisk the cocoa mix with water, egg yolk, coffee and vanilla together with a wire whisk, mix well.
2) Cook over a medium heat for 2 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until thickened. Keep warm over a low heat.
3) In a small mixing bowl, beat the egg white with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

SERVING
4) In two mugs, equally spoon the beaten white and cocoa mixture, serve immediately.
