|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Rum||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1. Take a large electric mixer bowl and at high speed, cream in eggs. Lower the speed to medium, slowly add salt and sugar and beat well. Mix vanilla and rum and beat thoroughly. Once again, lower the speed to the minimum, add milk, mix well and chill.
2. Beat cream and fold in egg mixture. Transfer to a punch bowl and using ground nutmeg garnish.
3. Serve immediately.
