Molasses Egg Egg Nog

Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , separated
  Unsulphured molasses 2 Tablespoon
  Cold milk 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Hot Or Cold)
  Nutmeg 1⁄2
Directions

MAKING
1. In a mixing bowl, beat egg yolks and unsulphured molasses.
2. Gradually stir in milk.
3. In another clean dry bowl, beat egg white using an egg beater, until stiff.
4.Add to molasses-milk and gently stir in.
5.Pour into 2 serving mugs.

SERVING
5.Divide into 2 mugs.
6.Top beverage with whipped cream, if desired and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
