Spicy Apple Eggnog

Ingredients
  Beaten eggs 2
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Light cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Apple brandy 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Combine eggs, milk, cream, sugar, cinnamon, and dash salt.
Cook and stir till slightly thickened; chill.
To serve, stir in brandy.
Top each serving with ground nutmeg, if desired.
