Holiday Egg Nog
|Eggs||12 Small, separated|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brandy/Rye whiskey / bourbon||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Jamaica rum||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Light cream/Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
Beat egg yolks with a hand or electric beater until thick and lemon colored.
Then gradually beat in sugar.
Next gradually stir in brandy, and rum.
Cover and chill.
Just before serving, stir in milk, then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and whipped cream.
If light cream is used, whip as in Whipped Light Cream.
