Low Calorie Egg Nog

Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , separated
  Skim milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except egg whites.
Beat well.
Chill at least 1 to 2 hours.
Just before serving, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
Fold into egg nog.
Sprinkle with additional nutmeg, if desired.
Serve immediately.
