Eggnog Macaroon Molds

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggnog 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Canned Or Dairy)
  Macaroon cookie crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (5 Cookies)
  Rum 2 Tablespoon
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Maraschino cherries 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), sliced
  Maraschino cherries with stems 8
Directions

In saucepan, combine gelatin, sugar, and egg-nog.
Heat to dissolve gelatin.
Stir in cookie crumbs and rum.
Chill till partially set.
Whip cream; fold into eggnog mixture.
Fold in sliced cherries.
Pour into individual 1/2-cup molds.
Chill till firm.
Unmold into serving bowls.
Garnish with whole cherries and additional cookie crumbs, if desired.
