Yummy Eggnog

Ingredients
  Egg yolk 2
  Egg yolks 2
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Rum 2 Tablespoon
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon, freshly grated
  Freshly grated nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat egg yolks, sugar, and salt in top of a double boiler.
Add milk and mix well.
Cook over hot water until mixture coats a metal spoon.
Stir frequently.
Chill.
Add rum and stir.
Fold in stiffly beaten whipped cream.
Pour immediately into glasses, and top with a little grated nutmeg.
