Hot Eggnog

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Sugar 1 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Hot milk 6 Ounce (165 ml)
  Bourbon 2 Ounce (60 ml)
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat the egg very well with the salt.
Add the sugar and beat some more.
Slowly add the hot milk, beating constantly.
Beat in the bourbon and pour into a mug.
Sprinkle on a little nutmeg.
