Rich Creamy Eggnog
|Light cream||1 Quart|
|Heavy cream||1 Quart|
|Egg whites||3 (at room temperature)|
|Sugar/Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Light rum||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Step1-In a bowl beat egg yolks.
Step2-Gradually add granulated sugar.
Step3-Beat with electric mixer. Add cream gradually beat.
Step4-Slowly stir in rum. 60 minutes before serving beat egg whites until foamy.
Step5-Add sugar and beat until peaks form fold together, refrigerate.
