Eggnog Rum

This is an authentic Eggnog recipe with white rum & brandy in it.Liquor eggnogs are very popular on Christmas & Thanksgiving & who says no to a liquor drink anyway.
Ingredients
  Eggs 6
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 2 Quart
  Heavy cream 1 Quart
  Grated nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White rum 30 Milliliter
  Brandy 30 Milliliter
Directions

Break eggs & separate egg white & egg yolk,beat egg yellow till it becomes light,slowly add sugar to egg yellow & add 1 qt milk to this so the sugar gets dissolved in egg yellow.Pour it out on a bowl,add remaining milk,cream & liquor.Add egg white to it & let it chill for an hour atleast.
Garnish with nutmegs on top.
(You can use any liquor of your choice)
