Eggnog Holiday Dessert

Ingredients
  Commercial eggnog 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Diced candied mixed fruit 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rum/Rum flavoring 2 Tablespoon
  Yellow cake/White cake 1
Directions

1. Combine eggnog and cornstarch in medium mixing bowl; mix well.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 4 minutes; beat until smooth. Stir in fruit and rum; continue cooking on ROAST for 3 to 4 minutes. Spoon over cake.
