|Light cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Chilled fresh orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated orange rind||1 Teaspoon|
|Freshly grated nutmeg||1 Teaspoon|
Break eggs into a large bowl.
Beat until light and fluffy.
Beat in sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Stir in cream and milk.
Gradually stir in orange juice.
