Eggnog

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 2
  Milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Egg whites 2
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Brandy/Rum flavoring 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat the 1/3 cup sugar into egg yolks.
Add 1/4 teaspoon salt; stir into milk.
Cook and stir over medium heat till mixture coats a metal spoon; cool.
Beat egg whites till foamy.
Gradually add the 3 tablespoons sugar, beating to soft peaks.
Add to egg mixture and mix well.
Add vanilla and flavoring to taste.
Chill.
Whip cream to soft peaks.
Pour egg mixture into punch bowl; top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg.
