Ingredients
  Egg yolks 4
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nonfat dry milk 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Reconstituted)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Brandy flavoring 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg whites 4
  Ground nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat egg yolks, sugar, and salt; stir in2 cups of the milk.
Cook and stir over medium heat till mixture coats a metal spoon.
Remove from heat; add remaining milk.
Stir in vanilla and brandy flavoring.
Cover and chill.
Sprinkle nutmeg before serve.
