Chilled Eggnog

Ingredients
  Eggnog ice cream 1⁄2 Gallon
  Skim milk/Low fat milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vanilla wafer cookies 3
  Ground nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend 2 cups Eggnog Ice Cream and milk in blender until smooth.
While mixture is blending, use sharp knife to cut small slit in vanilla wafers so they will sit on side of glass.
Pour shake into large drink glasses.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Garnish with vanilla wafers.
