Ingredients
  Skim milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Egg substitute 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Liquid)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar substitute 2 Tablespoon (Package)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Crushed ice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process at the highest speed until the ice is liquefied.
