|Skim milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Egg substitute||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Liquid)|
|Sugar substitute||2 Tablespoon (Package)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Crushed ice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process at the highest speed until the ice is liquefied.
