|Skim milk/1% low fat milk||1 Quart|
|Fat free egg substitute||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Instant vanilla pudding mix||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||3 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend for 30 to 60 seconds, or until smooth. Chill for several hours.
2. Shake or stir eggnog well to blend.
