Light Eggnog

Ingredients
  Skim milk/1% low fat milk 1 Quart
  Fat free egg substitute 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Instant vanilla pudding mix 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 3 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend for 30 to 60 seconds, or until smooth. Chill for several hours.
2. Shake or stir eggnog well to blend.
