Milk And Orange Egg Nog

  Chilled milk 1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)
  Egg 1
  Mandarin 2 Tablespoon
  Yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Orange 1 , rind grated and juiced
  Honey 1 Teaspoon

Whisk together the milk and egg, then add the yogurt, orange rind, juice and honey.
Continue whisking until well blended.
Pour into tumblers and sprinkle with nutmeg to taste
