Eggs florentine is a spinach and eggs recipe made with tomato sauce. Nutritious and healthy, this eggs florentine recipe made be spruced up with added cheese and some paprika. It can be served with soft bread rolls and a bowl of soup or stew. A very comforting meal maker!
Ingredients
  Spinach 2 Quart
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Hard cooked eggs 6
  Tomato sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by washing the spinach
MAKING
2.Now cook the spinach and later drain it
3.Then add the butter and the seasonings.
4.Arrange a nest of spinach at each end of a small platter.
5.Put three eggs in each nest and pour the tomato sauce between the nests.
SERVING
6.Serve warm
