Ingredients
  Eggs 6 , hard cooked
  Cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Anchovy paste 1 Tablespoon
  Hot buttered slice 6
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by cutting the eggs in two lengthwise and remove the yolks
MAKING
2.Mash the yolks, add seasonings, cream, parsley, anchovy or any desired relish, and refill the whites
3.Place on slices of toast and pour the white sauce over them
SERVING
4.Serve with an appetizer
