Ingredients
  Eggs 6
  Butter/Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Cayenne To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
MAKING
2.Place a baking dish and spread the fat at the bottom of the dish
3.Now sprinkle a layer of grated cheese over the fat
4.Also break the eggs on the cheese
5.Make sure not to break the yolks
6.Now pour a little cream over the eggs and add more grated cheese
7.Season with salt and cayenne
8.Bake in slow oven until the eggs are set, but make sure they don’t turn hard
SERVING
9.Serve with a sauce of your choice or with bread slices
