Egg Farci

Ingredients
  Hard cooked eggs 6 (Hot)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 4 Tablespoon
  Onion juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by removing the shells from the eggs
2.Also cut them in half cross wise, then cut an even slice from the end of each half so that it will stand up in a pan
3.Now remove the yolks
4.Also preheat the oven to 350F degrees
MAKING
5.Mash the yolks and add the salt, pepper, butter, milk and a few drops of onion-juice
6.Mix the ingredeints thoroughly and heap into the hollow of the whites
7.In a shallow pan, set the mixture properly
8.Bake in a slow oven for 6 minutes
9.On a hot dish, arrange the egg farci
SERVING
10.Pour over a sauce of your choice on the egg farci
