Eggs A La Caracas

Ingredients
  Fat 1 Tablespoon
  Beef 1⁄4 Pound, dried
  Cheese 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 4 Small
  Onion juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1.In a frying pan, melt the fat
2.When the pan becomes hot add the dried beef along with the grated cheese
3.Now toss the pan lightly until the beef is slightly frizzled
4.Also add the tomatoes, the seasonings, and the eggs beaten until light
5.Now stir and cook gently until of a creamy consistency
SERVING
6.Serve with a sauce of your choice
