Baked Eggs Espagnole

Ingredients
  Eggs 6 Small
  Onion 3 Tablespoon, chopped
  Green pepper 3 Tablespoon, chopped
  Fat 4 Tablespoon
  Bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
MAKING
2.In a pan, fry onion and pepper in fat until they turn slightly brown
3.In a baking dish, pour the onion mixture
4.Now break the egg into the baking dish, make sure not break the yolks
5.Mix the crumbs with the cheese and sprinkle over the eggs
6.Bake in a slow oven until the eggs are set, but not hard
SERVING
7.Serve with sauce
