Ingredients
  Tripe 1 Pound, boiled
  Egg 1
  Breadcrumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1.In a grinder, grind tripe
2.Then combine tripe with remaining ingredients
3.Now shape the mixture into patties
4.In a greased skillet, fry these patties until browned
SERVING
5.Serve with a sauce of your choice
