Egg Tomato Nests

Egg Tomato Nests it simply yumlogical. The tomotoes mixed with butter and dash of peeper gives the Egg Tomato Nests a prefect taste.
Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4 Large
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 4 (at room temperature)
  Chilli powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Roasted cumin seed powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut the stem of the tomatoes and scoop out the pulp.
Invert the tomatoes to drain for 15 minutes.
Then stand them up in a dish and microwave for 4 minutes.
Dust them with salt and pepper.
Put 1/2 tsp.of butter in each tomato.
Break an egg in the tomato and pierce the yolk and the white with a toothpick.
Sprinkle a little salt, chilli and cummin seed powder on and microwave covering with a white paper napkin at medium 70% power for 2 minutes.
