Egg & Ham Scramble
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cooked ham||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finley minced|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place butter in a shallow 1 quart baking dish.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) for 30 seconds.
Crack eggs into a dish.
Add milk, salt, and pepper.
With a wire whip, beat until well blended.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) for 1 minute.
Stir in ham and 1/4 cup of the cheese.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) for 2 minutes.
Stir, bringing cooked portion to inside of dish.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese and microwave uncovered on HIGH (100%) for 30 more seconds.
Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
