Company Brunch Eggs

This company brunch eggs recipe is a filling and delicious recipe for preparing eggs with ham. Baked with ham sprinkled with cheese and covered with eggs and flavored with yogurt sauce of onions, garlic and tomato paste with oregano, the company brunch eggs recipe can be served on toast.
Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, minced
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Plain yogurt 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sliced black olives 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Ham slices/Cooked canadian bacon slices 6
  Thin swiss cheese slices 6
  Eggs 6 Large
  Paprika 1 Dash
  Bread slice 6 , toasted
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Saute onion and garlic in oil in skillet.
Add tomato paste and oregano, stir-ring well.
Blend in yogurt and olives.
Add season-ing to taste.
Cook over low heat several minutes, stirring constantly until blended.
Arrange ham in bottom of shallow baking dish.
Place cheese over ham.
Break an egg onto each cheese slice; top with yogurt sauce.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 10 minutes or until eggs are set.
Serve on toast.
