Traditional Eggs Florentine
|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Instant minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||4 , sliced (Cooked Conventionally)|
|Condensed cream of shrimp soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Corn flake crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cook spinach as directed in chart .
Stir in onion and lemon juice.
Spread spinach in an 8-inch square glass baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese over spinach and top with egg slices.
Combine soup and milk.
Pour sauce over eggs and sprinkle with com flake crumbs and paprika.
Microwave 7 to 9 minutes [ROASTS, 9 to 12 minutes]t or until piping hot.
