Eggs With Stilton

Ingredients
  Hard boiled eggs 4
  Stilton cheese 2 Ounce (Use The Blue Variety, About 50 Grams)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon (About 5 Milliliter)
  Single cream 2 Tablespoon (Use Light Variety, About 30 Milliliter)
  Mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Cress 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1 Shell the eggs, cut in half lengthways and scoop out the yolks into a small bowl.
Add the stilton and mash together well.
2 Stir in the paprika and cream, season to taste and pile back into the egg whites.
3 Cover the base of a shallow serving dish with the mustard and cress and lay the eggs on top, stilton-side upwards.
Garnish each with a tiny sprig of parsley
