Eggs With Stilton
|Hard boiled eggs||4|
|Stilton cheese||2 Ounce (Use The Blue Variety, About 50 Grams)|
|Paprika||1 Teaspoon (About 5 Milliliter)|
|Single cream||2 Tablespoon (Use Light Variety, About 30 Milliliter)|
1 Shell the eggs, cut in half lengthways and scoop out the yolks into a small bowl.
Add the stilton and mash together well.
2 Stir in the paprika and cream, season to taste and pile back into the egg whites.
3 Cover the base of a shallow serving dish with the mustard and cress and lay the eggs on top, stilton-side upwards.
Garnish each with a tiny sprig of parsley
