Chile Egg Fluff
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Eggs||10 , well beaten|
|Curd cottage cheese||16 Ounce (Small)|
|Monterey jack cheese||1 Pound, shredded|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted (1 Stick)|
|Green onion||1 , chopped|
|Canned chopped green chiles||4 Ounce|
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9xl3 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine the flour, salt and baking powder and mix well.
Combine the eggs, cottage cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, butter, green onion and green chiles in a large bowl and mix well.
Stir in the dry ingredients.
Pour into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 35 minutes or until browned on top.
