Eggs Baked With Onions
|Onions||3 Medium, thinly sliced into rings|
|Butter||1 Tablespoon, extra|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place onions and butter in a 23cm flan dish.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Cook for 14-16 minutes on HIGH, tossing occasionally.
Place half the onion rings in a buttered casserole dish.
Top with eggs; sprinkle with remaining onions (andchillipowder).
Melt butter for 30 seconds on HIGH.
Stir in flour.
Cook for a further 30 seconds on HIGH.
Gradually stir in milk.
Cook for 4 minutes on HIGH, stirring halfway through cooking.
Pour over eggs and sprinkle with cheese.
Preheat oven to 230Â°C.
Place on Low Rack; cook for 12-17 minutes on LOW MIX/BAKE 230Â°G
