Microwaved Eggs Benedict
Adapted from Sharp Microwave and Convection Cookbook.
|Muffins||2 , halved|
|Hollandaise sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Rinse egg poacher with water.
Break eggs into cups.
Pierce egg yolks and whites with a toothpick.
Cook for 4-6 minutes on MEDIUM LOW.
Toast muffins until golden brown.
Butter, and top with ham.
Top muffin with egg and pour over hollandaise sauce.
