Healthy Egg White Omelet With Vegetables

Another quick breakfast recipe. A healthy meal to start your day. Enjoy the egg omelette with vegetables made quickly and easily.
Ingredients
  Olive oil 1
  Egg whites 5
  Yolk 1
  Spinach 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Spray non-stick pan with olive oil spray. saute vegetables, till onion is translucent.

Add salt & pepper to taste.

Pour egg whites & yolk over vegetables. Let the eggs set up a little and flip it good!

Love your breakfast recipe ! I'd like to add a few drops of vinegar or lemon juice to make it a lil tangy as well :)
