|French dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced sweet pickles||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped meat||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , sliced|
|Tomatoes||2 , sectioned|
Marinate potatoes in French dressing.
Mix onion, green pepper, sweet pickles, celery, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, mustard and catsup; chill.
Just before serving add potatoes, meat, eggs and tomatoes.
Place in lettuce lined bowl; garnish with eggs and tomatoes.
