One dish meal is a juicy blend of tomatoes, hard cooked eggs and sweet pickles. This is pretty easy to prepare too. Check out the recipe of the yummy one dish meal.
Ingredients
  Cubed cooked potatoes 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  French dressing 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced sweet pickles 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Catsup 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Chopped meat 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , sliced
  Tomatoes 2 , sectioned
Directions

Marinate potatoes in French dressing.
Mix onion, green pepper, sweet pickles, celery, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, mustard and catsup; chill.
Just before serving add potatoes, meat, eggs and tomatoes.
Place in lettuce lined bowl; garnish with eggs and tomatoes.
