|Process american cheese slice||2|
Slightly beat eggs; add milk, salt, pepper, and pimiento.
Melt butter in small heavy skillet; add mushrooms; cook 1 minute.
Add egg mixture.
Cook over low heat, lifting and turning eggs with wide spatula, till eggs are cooked throughout but still moist and glossy.
Remove from heat at once.
Spoon eggs over English muffin halves; top each with cheese slice.
Broil 1 minute or till cheese just melts atop scrambled eggs.
