Ingredients
  Safflower oil 3 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar/Red wine vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Dijon style mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped shallots 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butterhead lettuce 1
  Hard-cooked eggs 1 , shredded
  Anchovies 3 , minced
Directions

For dressing, mix together oil, vinegar, mustard, shallots, and salt.
Place greens in a bowl, pour on dressing, and mix lightly.
Scatter the egg and anchovies over it and mix again.
