|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finley chopped|
|Green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped|
|Butter||1 Tablespoon, melted|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Saute onion and green pepper in butter in a large skillet until tender.
Combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, mix well.
Pour egg mixture into hot skillet, and cook slowly, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat.
Sprinkle with cheese, cover and let stand about 1 minute before serving.
