Egg Bhujia

Fried egg with onion and green chili an excellent taste.
Ingredients
  Cooking oil 4 Tablespoon
  Egg 6
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Green chili 8 , finely chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Beat egg well. Add salt and pepper.

2. Heat oil. Add chopped onion and green chili. Fry to light golden brown.

3. Add beaten egg. Cook for about a minute. Stir and mix egg mixture thoroughly and fry to light brown

This is my fav quick breakfast recipe. I make egg bhuji atleast three times in a week. Easy to cook and delicious to eat.
