Ingredients
  Hard cooked eggs 6 , halved
  Onion 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Small, chopped
  Hamburger 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato 1 , chopped
Directions

Remove egg yolks.
Brown onion, green pepper and hamburger in butter.
Combine with all re maining ingredients and one half the egg yolks, mashed.
Fill eggs.
May be served on lettuce and grated onion and seasoned with salt, lemon juice and salad oil.
Garnish with remaining egg yolk.
