|Light cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Cottage cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hot buttered toast slices||5|
Beat the eggs lightly, season with salt and pepper.
Blend the cream with the cottage cheese and stir in the eggs.
Heat the butter in a skillet, pour in the egg mixture and cook lightly as for scrambled eggs.
Serve on hot toast.
