Heat half cup oil in a fry pan.
Break eggs one at a time in a small bowl.
Fry each egg separately.
When the egg is just about to set, fold it over in a half moon shape.
Seal edges tightly.
Fry all the eggs in the same way and place them in a serving plate.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil and saute onions.
Sprinkle them over the fried eggs.
Pour hot sweet and sour sauce over the fried eggs and serve.
