Ingredients
  Boiled potatoes 4 Large, boiled in skins
  Hard cooked eggs 4 , sliced
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Evaporated milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Melt the fat, add flour, salt, and evaporated milk mixed with water, and cook until slightly thickened.
Add potatoes diced and eggs.
Reheat.
