Quick Egg And Veggie Scramble

Ingredients

Egg whites 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Onions 2 Tablespoon , diced
Red peppers 2 Tablespoon , diced
Part skim, shredded cheese 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste

Directions

Combine all in gradients in microwave safe bowl.

Pop in the microwave for one minute, remove and stir. Pop back in the microwave for one more minute.

Serve with some toast and fresh fruit!!
